Tavicare does not accept direct reimbursement from insurance companies.Payment is expected at the time of service for each visit. Tavicare currently accepts the following forms of payment: cash, personal checks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. We currently do not accept third party payment, nor do we extend credit.
Our office does provide detailed invoicing for clients who wish to be reimbursed by their insurance companies.At time of payment, we will supply you with a fully itemized bill and diagnostic codes for you to submit to your commercial insurance company.Please keep in mind that many of the services we offer are not considered medically necessary by traditional insurance companies. We do not contract with any commercial insurance company, therefore reimbursement should be sent to you directly and would be paid at a non-network level as this relationship is between you and your insurance company. Questions about your coverage should be directed to your insurance carrier.
