Meet Gina Rieg, Certified GAPS Practitioner
Gina empowers, guides and navigates others to their best health by focusing on ancestral food and an ancestral lifestyle. Her passion is fueled by her own journey of overcoming chronic digestive disease.
Gina supports others by tackling various health concerns but primarily specializing in digestive issues. She simplifies conflicting and confusing nutrition information, focusing on both the ancestral food and non-food lifestyle foundations that lead us to sustainable and thriving optimal health.
Gina’s Background
Gina received her Health Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition with SUNY College and she is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association. Furthermore, Gina is a Certified GAPS Practitioner (CGP) certified by Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride. Wearing another hat, Gina serves as a local Chapter Leader for the Weston A. Price Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland College Park.
Gina enthusiastically trains with CrossFit and functional movement. Another passion and essential is walking the talk of preparing delicious ancestral meals. She also enjoys playing volleyball, building community, connecting with her family & friends and doing handstands!
