Weight Loss

If you are struggling with weight loss, our weight loss programs may be the solution for you. Our team of health & nutrition professionals will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your overall health, including medical history, body composition analysis, and metabolic rate testing. Based on this information, we will create a customized weight loss plan that combines nutrition, exercise, and medication if desired, to help you achieve your weight loss goals safely and effectively.

8 week Weight Loss with nutritional coach only $549

• 1 hr initial consultation with health & nutrition coach
• 7 x 30 min weekly phone calls with health & nutrition coach for guidance
• Prescription for appetite control, if eligible and/or desired (additional cost may apply)

The program can be repeated until you reach your goal weight. After final assessment you can be switched to the maintenance program.

8 week Weight Loss in conjunction with MD and prescribed medication $1180

(program can be repeated until desired goal weight is reached.Only then will you be able to continue with the maintenance plan.)

• 6 x 5 min phone/zoom calls with our health & nutrition coach for guidance
• 1 x blood draw
• Prescription injections
• Supplemental injections for energy

(Only after you have achieved your weight loss goals)

16 Accountability $499

• 8 x 30 min bi-weekly phone calls with health & nutrition coach for guidance

• Shopping can be added (additional cost applies)

Accountability gives you the much needed support and guidance to keep you on track and continue on your new path to be a better healthier you.

Meet our health coach at our local Whole Foods market to get an ultimate shopping guide experience with a nutritionist expert. Throughout your experience you will gain valuable insights and learn key components of achieving a well balanced and wholesome diet. This will elevate your lifestyle and support your health journey in various aspects of your life.

Pantry, skin care/makeup, cleaning supply evaluation & clean out $299

• Up to 2 hrs in home visit from health & nutrition coach (every add. 1 hr +$140)

Our health & nutrition coach will come to your house to assess your currently used beauty and household products. Together you will review labels and ingredients, to support you in choosing cleaner/healthier options. You will be provided with recommendations for alternative brands and products, as well as easy at home DIY recipes.
